Food Safety Training

We run food safety training in Food Hygiene and Hazard Analysis (food safety management). It is a legal requirement that any of our members of staff who handle food are properly trained.

Our Chartered Institute of Environmental Health qualifications are highly regarded by schools and businesses throughout East Anglia. Choosing a CIEH qualification is an ideal first step for an employee to excel in their job. CIEH food safety qualifications are accredited by Ofqual.

We all expect that any food we buy, whether fresh ingredients, groceries, snacks or meals, will be safe and wholesome.

Everyone involved in food production, whether it be on of the catering or teaching staff, has a moral and legal duty to know the principles and practices of food safety.
