Great Service

We are known as being trustworthy, with a desire to continually develop services for the benefit of customers and clients.

Great value & Peace of Mind

We live in the real world and understand the need to provide a good quality service that is both cost effective and sustainable.

In addition to great food and service, we work to ensure that there are no nasty surprises when it comes to costs and budgets. We pride ourselves on being open and honest with all our clients. We are proud to have earned the respect of our clients for our clear cut catering budgets and cost gurantees.

Ethics - we believe in five a day, everyday and that's not just fruit & veg!

  1. Respect - We treat everyone with respect. Starting with our suppliers, and continuing on to our customers and clients.

  2. Sustainable communities - We support our local communities wherever possible by using locally sourced products and services.

  3. Ethical and environmentally friendly production methods - It's not just about local food, it's how that food is delivered, how efficiently it is prepared and how we carefully control any waste we've helped to generate.

  4. Nurturing people - Every member of our staff is treated as an individual and given the opportunity to learn and develop their talents.

  5. Honesty - We believe honesty is the best policy and treat every person or company we deal with to act with honesty and integrity.

Quotes from Clients

"eats has provided us with a fabulous cook who is flexible, kind and looks after our children.

The food is tasty, wholesome and enjoyed by our children.

Lunch is a highlight of the day, with a friendly cook, great food and happy children."

David Dee, Headteacher, All Saints CEVA Primary

"The children have recently enjoyed learning about Jewish New Year, including hearing and singing songs linked to this time of year. At lunchtime the children ate honey glazed apple chicken and honey cake. This was very popular with many children saying they would like our Cook, Mrs Raven to serve this again.

We have many other celebrations to learn about in the coming months and in October Mrs Raven will be serving chicken curry, vegetable curry, samosas, rice and poppadoms to help us celebrate the Hindu and Sikh festival of Divali."

Ann Morley, Headteacher, Ickworth Park Primary
